To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一個人經過呢間餐廳,俾門口個宣傳板上面嗰海南雞下午茶吸咗入去。鍾情海南雞嘅我,其實都冇睇清楚個餐有啲乜就衝咗入去餐廳。🤣原來個餐有碗細嘅肉碎烏冬、一碗細海南雞飯(白飯或油飯)、一小碟菜(原本係芽菜,今日冇哂轉咗生菜),仲有杯飲嘢,最特別係熱飲有豆漿。😀我揀咗食烏冬先,口感唔錯,不過啲湯好鹹。個雞飯配酸菜有啲特別,但係都幾👌🏼。食完哂嘢先飲杯豆漿,仲好熱喎!👍🏼👍🏼比錢嗰陣,我讃話杯嘢飲仲好熱,收銀嗰個似係店長嘅人話,因為佢哋用嘅兩層杯係保温嘅。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼今日整體嚟講除咗價錢貴咗啲,其他都好好,份量對我嚟講都可以,係下午茶份量,如果當lunch就唔多夠。因為啲嘢食真係好細份。😂
