To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗何文田廣場搵嘢食,平時泊車係唔需要等位,但今日居然要等幾架車,原因好簡單,因為成個商場多咗好多食店選擇。今日揀咗Itamama試吓,我叫咗個松露野菌汁焗雞扒珍珠飯,加配芝士白汁煙肉焗西蘭花。先講個珍珠飯,食落野菌汁嘅味多過松露,而雞扒都算幼嫩,珍珠飯底冇得輸,而芝士焗西蘭花都幾正,熱辣辣好味道,可以多少少芝士就仲好。環境方面行簡約現代風,裝修有啲心思。服務態度亦良好。價錢亦合理。店外裝修店內裝修座位松露野菌汁焗雞扒珍珠飯芝士白汁煙肉焗西蘭花餐牌餐牌餐牌
