To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐時份，懶懶地去買外賣食，平時都見哩間野好多人排，就跟住人尾買燒味食番公司食。價格大部份$3x~4x ,野飲令加錢。唉，係呢區食咩都咁貴。睇左好耐，叫左個乳豬燒鵝撈面$48 + 可樂$6先講吾好:1.撈面係痴埋曬一齊，好難分開，食落十分重簡水味，重到好似食咁腐蝕品咁，我咁保證冇人食到完。 so食了幾口就不得不同佢講88 !!!!2.乳豬係我致愛，本身好期待，但一食，不單止吾翠仲可以講係難咬，單係哩樣就可以吾再買，而且d豬皮真係好好好好好好好好好薄。但有一樣令人喜的地方是燒鵝真心正yy，1.好多地方既燒鵝都有陣so 味，真係好憎個隻味，但係呢間我基本上食吾倒有so 味。2.皮下的脂肪剛剛好，不油食落吾頂心口。3.肉質比我感覺係鬆軟，不是平時食的硬實or梅，重點係竟然有肉汁，質素真係好過好多地方好多。

先講吾好:

1.撈面係痴埋曬一齊，好難分開，食落十分重簡水味，重到好似食咁腐蝕品咁，我咁保證冇人食到完。
so食了幾口就不得不同佢講88 !!!!

2.乳豬係我致愛，本身好期待，但一食，不單止吾翠仲可以講係難咬，單係哩樣就可以吾再買，
而且d豬皮真係好好好好好好好好好薄。

但有一樣令人喜的地方是燒鵝真心正yy，

1.好多地方既燒鵝都有陣so 味，真係好憎個隻味，但係呢間我基本上食吾倒有so 味。

2.皮下的脂肪剛剛好，不油食落吾頂心口。

3.肉質比我感覺係鬆軟，不是平時食的硬實or梅，重點係竟然有肉汁，質素真係好過好多地方好多。
