To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到呢個區探長者，行過兆和街，就去呢間茶餐廳買個外賣飯盒，帶去傴屋企一齊食。我買呢個飯盒係黑椒腸仔豬扒飯， 一打開呢個飯盒！嘩不得了！ 有圖有真相呀！個賣相頹到呢！腸仔係正正常常嘅腸仔，冇特別; 件豬扒睇落大大件，不過肉質好硬好柴皮; 個黑椒汁辣到呢，我食慣辣嘅都頂佢唔順，因為呢個黑椒汁嘅辣，係搶喉嗰種辣，但奇就奇在黑椒味係欠奉，黑椒汁仲要係好鹹嗰種，汁又多到可以浸住啲飯，搞到成盒飯都淋bebe。好簡單嘅黑椒腸仔豬扒飯，點解可以做到咁，有圖有真相，大家可以辨認一下。
