周年紀念日,honey一早book定枱同我慶祝,起初聽見話食法國菜,上到去環境好舒服,枱與枱之間都有一定嘅距離,唔怕同honey談心果陣俾人聽到難為情🤫咁啱有個6 courses tasting menu做promo,就梗係要試下啦~不過我果日嘅第一道菜同menu唔同,係食我honey最愛嘅鵝肝,原因係北海道帶子無貨,真係開心屎我honey😅蟹肉露筍意大利飯~其實都係starter,露筍切到一粒粒好似飯咁配埋蟹肉,味道好清新,蟹肉夠甜,唔錯!sobert~食完starter係要清清個口腔,繼續享受黎緊嘅菜式😌香煎魚塊~個皮煎到好脆,每食一啖除左feel到香口,仲有好豐富嘅魚油,肉質好嫩好滑,唔似雪藏貨。香煎法國牛柳~肉質好腍,非常有肉味,食完齒頰留香;紅桑子mousse cake配濃縮咖啡雪糕。食左5道菜再黎個酸酸甜甜嘅mousse cake一啲都唔覺滯,個雪糕係畫龍點睛~話明濃縮咖啡味道真係超濃郁,仲有啲咖啡碎喺裡面,簡直贏H同M字頭雪糕幾條街。熱辣辣嘅麵包,個人覺得配自家制蕃茄乾醬係最match,因為個醬味道夠濃,酸酸地夠開胃。煎到脹卜卜嘅鵝肝香噴噴,入口即溶,配埋無花果真係一啲油

蟹肉露筍意大利飯~其實都係starter,露筍切到一粒粒好似飯咁配埋蟹肉,味道好清新,蟹肉夠甜,唔錯!

焗龍蝦配火雞卷,雖然無左北海道帶子嘅襯托,但佢一啲都唔失禮,以為火雞會嚡熠熠?!大錯特錯~肉質非常幼嫩仲一啲都唔咸,龍蝦又夠新鮮彈牙,我個人覺得整體比法國牛柳好!
