呢幾日香港天氣凍到好似雪櫃咁,就緊係要打邊爐祭吓五臟廟啦!最近睇報紙見到呢間咁有型嘅火鍋店"酒鍋"就決定一試~雖然餐廳位於一棟新大廈,但都唔難搵,尖沙咀出B2出口,沿住金巴利街即係韓國街,行到最尾過馬路就係。一出𨋢靠右手邊就見到餐廳呢個標誌,右邊仲有好新潮嘅插畫。呢間餐廳除咗有火鍋之外,仲有蒸鍋同刺身,但今日得兩個人食所以淨係試咗火鍋。打邊爐一定唔少得嘅炸魚皮同埋響鈴!呢度嘅響鈴好特別,有紫菜卷喺裏面,好薄好脆,一啲都唔油;炸魚皮我地揀咗避風塘口味,炸魚皮異常地勁脆又辣辣地,好食到停唔到口!湯底方面待應介紹咗五合一"酒火入鍋",分別係墨汁、沙嗲、麻辣、海鮮、木瓜濃湯。特別推介木瓜濃湯同麻辣,木瓜喺火鍋中途已經煮到淋淋地,切碎個木瓜連埋盅內海鮮同濃湯一齊飲埋,又鮮又甜!平時打邊爐唔會飲湯嘅我,都飲咗兩碗!至於麻辣湯底,其他餐廳好多都會得"麻"或者"辣",呢度平衡得幾好,可惜我唔食得好辣,所以都係淺嚐。成個鍋裡面本身海鮮料好足,兩個人食再叫多少少其他配料,已經飽到上心口。花膠蝦餃,大大粒,花膠同蝦肉一齊做餡料,爽滑彈牙,皮又薄,簡簡單單放落木瓜湯或海鲜湯就ok。美國安格斯牛,成個瀑布咁款,
