星期六晚唔想想去太遠,喺堅尼地城食的嚟食去都係嗰幾間,今晚行遠少少嚟到呢度,發現左呢間小店。原來已經開咗一年多,我竟然行過咁多次都見唔到我一向都好鍾意食pasta, 而且要唔係港式煮法,即係啲意粉個心有少少硬,味道要濃啲。呢間小店主打漢堡包,pasta & risotto, 決定試吓!我叫咗個黑松露意粉,蝦子餅要左個鴨胸意大利飯。鋪頭只有一個人,所以要等得來少少,但係冇所謂,相信用心做嘅食物係最好味。店裏面得四個位,好彩仲容納得我哋兩個。等左一陣食物就嚟啦。首先講下我嘅黑松露雞肉意粉,軟硬適中,開頭食覺得味道有啲淡,識落發現啲只要撈勻碟裏面嘅汁,味道就啱啱好。如果有得加芝士仲正!可惜冇蝦子餅個意大利飯都OK,不過唔係我杯茶...最後提一提由於鋪頭好細,我見好多人都係外賣。但我總係覺得pasta 趁熱食係最好味...以後有多個地方食嘢啦,我下次要試吓漢堡包
