To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次來到 宜家傢具 餐廳，見到有個主題 港式滋味 就試吓，其實講真選擇不是好多，人人都食差不多，整體只可講普通而且欠溫度，但以$214/2人真心幾平$59有齊咁多食物仲抵過連鎖，不過整體冇咩溫度，雞扒勁淋身不用刀都切到，食咗一舊放棄。司華力腸口感都係麻麻，火腿偏厚切幾好味，薯條口感可以如果熱應好食，醬汁選蒜茸正常。任飲飲品選汽水最後飲咗3杯另一款就好味道有驚喜 奶茶新地筒 $6，奶味普通，茶的澀味有輕輕加分不少，茶味都可以，味道都係甜少少但都可接受，個筒係脆好食來到點會食 宜家肉 丸 10粒$26，小食拼盤$46，雞翼同腸反而比鐵板果個好味冷盤叫2款，香草三文魚沙律$33，菜新鮮但是個三文魚偏腥，醬汁唔落會好味啲。 凍蝦 盤$29份量都多，蝦味都咸咸地易脫殼味道都可以成餐唯一最熱 龍蝦濃湯 以$15來講真心合格，有蝦味又未至於似龍蝦咁，有點似忌簾湯口感，咸度可接受
