To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴早突然諗起新匯聚，於是打個電話去訂位，因為之前中秋節前某個週末，無訂檯就要呆等，結果我地走人。5好以為琴日係普通週六就無乜人，我6pm 去到，都有幾枱客 (晚市係6pm開始)。新匯聚都幾大間，負責接聽電話及安排枱，係老闆的家人。我地3條被安排坐卡位。侍應們個個都幾 nice，老闆也有來我地張枱吹咗一兩句。我地叫咗3個餸：1. 話梅骨 $90：坦白講，係無話梅味，每粒排骨都佈滿黑色小點，無理由係鑊焦吧。。。我只好當係話梅粉，令自己內心好過點 除咗無話梅味，骨都幾實及乾，絕不推介2. 芝麻雞(半隻，$130)：呢個真係，芝麻好香，雞肉也滑，隻雞真係鋪了很多芝麻3. 椒鹽九肚魚 $85：不過不失，粉5厚，炸得都ok我地齋食餸，無叫白飯。呢度免收加一，茶水則以每壺 $18 計。最後，仲贈送桂花杞子糕，正~其實6:15pm 後已不停有很多食客來，所以訂位會好d~
