大埔只有極少數嘅泰式餐廳,木屋係其一。疫情之前都久唔久幫襯一下疫情後就好少再去,上幾星期幫襯過一次都可以,所以今次又再嚟幫襯。今次多啲人所以叫多幾樣菜式試下:明爐冬陰功烏頭: 冬陰功湯嘅質素都幾代表泰式餐廳嘅嘢食,佢個冬陰功湯真係非常之淡,好似係有冬陰功味嘅水咁,其實個爐咁細個湯都係得好少,真係唔需要再溝水囉。配料有勁多嘅秀珍菇,但係個湯真係好唔掂。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗:呢個份量非常足夠,但味道稍為淡咗啲,馬拉盞味薄弱。燒菠蘿:落單時已經同咗經理講話可唔可以燒得香口啲因為上次食過好似冇燒一樣。但經理話燒完會好乾。嚟到見到真係就咁落少少糖,再用火槍辣過就算,完全帶唔出菠蘿嘅甜味,之前食過真係好食。辣椒膏豬頸肉炒飯:諗住呢個會好辣好惹味,點知嚟到完全係西炒飯嘅質素連我六歲嘅女都食到😂。有少量豬頸肉粒,普通炒飯質素。小食拼盤(大):總共有六款小食,四款有四件另外釀雞翼同咖喱角就只得兩件,呢個就正正常常但係最弊之處佢墊底嘅沙律菜竟然係爛🥲鐵板蠔仔煎蛋:全晚最正常呢一個蠔仔冇殼唔太腥,配埋炒蛋再加個辣椒醬不錯。本來都未係好夠飽,不過都係返去煮麵算。
