在中午飯時,叫了個乾炒牛河特價午餐,過了大約數分鐘後,侍應告知今天沒有牛肉（真或假㗎？）要改為猪肉乾炒河,我既然而坐下了,所以就說都可以.心想可能牛肉比豬肉貴,所以臨時改為平價的午餐代替.過了大約十分鐘後.餐送到枱面,但眼前的景色令人十分失望因為猪肉片太小,河粉黐在一起,沒有鑊氣.真是差極.During lunchtime, I ordered a discounted lunch special of stir-fried beef ho fun. About ten minutes later, the meal was served on the table, but the sight was disappointing. The pork slices were too small, the ho fun noodles were sticking together, and there was a lack of wok hei. It was truly unsatisfactory.
