朋友相約食omakasa,他專程帶我到銅鑼灣的鮨本廚師發板餐廳,享用最新鮮的食材再加上廚師的巧手廚藝,真的使每一道菜!有置身於日本高級餐廳的感覺;我們選了餐廳中其中一款比較高級的廚師發板套餐!首先的螢光墨魚茶碗蒸,做得十分出色!細細的原隻墨魚仔加上嫩滑的蒸蛋,食落十分有層次感!兩款小食中的蜆加山葵十分美味,有蜆的鮮甜和山葵的辛辣味!之後的十款壽司各有特色,我比較欣賞梭子魚壽司,表面輕輕用火灼灼,再加上魚肉香滑爽口!當然我最鍾意的還是馬糞海膽軍艦,厚厚的馬糞海膽鮮甜,入口即溶,全無腥味證明是上等貨!而青魚拖羅手捲加入黃蘿蔔和蔥花,使口感特別出色!值得一提是自家製玉子燒!食落鬆軟和濃濃蛋香!而最後的咖啡就比較普通了一點!
