老闆請客佢話除咗食點心之外想試吓咁出名嘅Morton’s Chicago😊🍽入到去坐低嘅感覺好舒服沒有那種扮貴婦的高傲只有一份親切服務員先擺好酒杯及水杯因為我哋未人齊絕對冇一種企係你旁邊逼你落order嘅感覺四周望望欣賞一下個靚view 同廚房🌃人齊了先開白酒然後配上冇得輸嘅onion bread,然後有啲頭盤-jumbo shrimp cocktail, caesar salad等,食完傾左陣計終於到期待已久嘅主角牛扒,本人已經有七八年以上冇食過$800以上價錢嘅牛扒了叫咗porterhouse, bone-in ribeye又叫咗signature and centre cut filet mignon, 全部都係rare or medium rare, 廚師都拿捏得好好因為rare 份咁厚嘅肉入邊要冇血水但卻要暖暖地吾可以過火是比較難。當所有有人都專注食物上嘅時候餐廳經理問我們的意見閒談一吓原來她已服務了餐廳好多年真係有咩未見過👍🏻👩🏻‍💼其實仲有啲side dish例如cream spinach,baked potatoes and onion ring等我冇影到相都好好味
