朋友介紹灣仔有間食蟹粥既餐廳好好食,一於同屋企人嚟試下。屋企人識得煮嘢食,所以我都好少出去食中菜,但係整蟹一般都係以炒為主,唔會用嚟煮粥,所以一於帶佢地嚟試一試。入到去,有種懷舊香港的味道。可能係因為貼左啲舊香港嘅海報,有種古舊既香港風味同一種久違咗嘅親切感。睇下menu, 十五十六,好多嘢都想試,但係又怕食唔晒。我地得4個人,望下望下,原來有個4人餐,都幾豐富,主要係有我地想試既蟹粥,仲有魚蝦蟹都有齊,睇落都唔錯!頭盤有海蜇,味道辣辣地,帶點芝麻香,質地爽脆又帶點滑,很嘢味!足料老火湯,呢個係花生眉豆煲雞腳。呢煲湯好大煲,我地每人可以飲2碗。雖然係花生眉豆煲雞腳,但係我仲見到有豬骨係入面,湯好夠火喉,好濃郁,見到d雞腳都煲到甩咗幾隻腳,就知煲左好耐跟住就係炒龍躉球,份量好似少左d。不過魚肉好嫩滑,仲食到魚既膠質。味道都係辣辣地,好嘢味,西芹就爽口同魚肉嫩滑嘅感覺好配合。終於到我最想食嘅嘢之一蒸扇貝,將扇貝一分為二,加入冲同埋蒜蓉,扇貝好鮮味,最有驚喜係底下嘅粉絲,吸收晒冲同蒜蓉嘅香味,非常入味!終於到咗招牌糕蟹粥,都係好大煲。粥都變成金黃色,仲有隻好大既蟹係入面粥煲得綿滑,仲帶點蟹既
