To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不嬲我都好鍾意食譚仔嘅，幾乎每一次都會試一試。咁今次呢就試咗呢一個人蔘湯米線，望一望佢餐單上嘅圖，好吸引呀。但認真嘅，個米線上咗嚟之後，賣相真係有啲認唔到。至於味道方面，個湯係有濃濃嘅人蔘味，我直程喺碗湯入面搵到一支人蔘仔，受唔住人蔘味嘅人應該唔OK隻味，但係我自己都OK。咁我呢就好努力咁樣喺呢兜嘢入邊呢就搵返晒啲餸出嚟，個數量都同張圖上面係一樣咁多嘅，分別有四塊淮山、四粒鵪鶉蛋、四件雞卷，不過就覺得啲食物同埋個湯底個味好似分開晒咁。
