今晚終於有機會試到鼎爺私房菜!我地一行11人有幸被邀請去食好西多謝老闆我地選擇$1288 menu, 一坐低就有位侍應問每位飲咩茶,咁我地每人都分別點左潽洱、鐵觀音($48位)可能加水速度或水滾程度不夠,令茶葉未能發揮得最佳味道。頭盤:蚵仔卷,蜆蚧米通鯪魚球,椰皇酸薑皮蛋,醉鮑魚味道不過不失啦,醉鮑魚唔錯梅子蒸紅蟹蟹肉新鮮!梅子原來同蟹可以咁夾!好味!花膠杏汁燉白肺用料十足,味道一流!讚紫氣東來古法甜酸豬肉,豬肉味濃郁,但味道較酸,都係生炒骨啱我口味d古法蒸東星斑呢道菜係我地眾人最期待,因為平時多數食清蒸,一食魚背位,肉身較實,同估唔到魚味唔夠,但好在肉絲和頭菜搭夠,所以比較失望的一味花旗參湯浸娃娃菜賣相好一般,本人對花旗參有d抗拒,所以唔評論阿爺乞兒雞雞肉夠滑,但味道略咸,整體唔錯新舊荷葉飯呢味係睇完阿爺廚房最想食的一道!果然認真好味!粒粒飯都充滿荷葉香味,令爽甜蝦肉突然變成配角,冇得輸呀!杞子圓肉紅棗燉桃膠糖水上檯時已經得番微溫,中式糖水如果唔係熱辣辣咁食真係好一般總結:食材其實好好,可能我地未經歷過鼎爺食過的「兒時味道」,好奇一試係絕對ok (因為多謝老闆),但服務質素就有待改善
