To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

面對心粥館既競爭,靠得住就係門口標榜佢招牌咸肉,講到天上有,地下無咁。店主Peter哥推介拆肉泥粥同沙豬潤粥,都要成$25/碗,都算幾貴架。泥粥唔使點"lun"骨,但係d泥個肚仲有d苦味,唔得。相反黃沙豬潤粥既豬潤真係好滑,d豬潤既黃油滲透係碗粥度,唔錯。隻咸肉個人認為冇咩特別,仲賣成$15/隻,都幾貴喎。見到老闆Peter哥係個喜愛釣魚既人,佢出品d粥既魚應該質素唔差,我相信佢既魚湯會幾好飲,但係要加$5先可以配麵食,唔怪得全部人都係食粥啦。
