今日又要入大埔補習,大埔可以話係新界區美食天堂,懷舊小店多不勝數唔洗講,特色餐廳亦有好多,今次揀左附近一間叫紅橋嘅餐廳試下,因為佢個午餐居然有蛋包飯,幾特別。今日叫左個蛋包飯配泰式炭燒豬頸肉,個蛋包飯黎到都做得幾標緻,賣相就認真唔錯,漲卜卜咁。蛋包飯味道有d咸,加返個茄汁中和下,岩岩好,可惜個蛋煮得熟過頭,無晒蛋汁。至於個豬頸肉呢,味就無乜,肉質都有d差,比較難咬,比較有牙力嘅朋友可以試下,本人就對佢有少少失望。之後叫左個紅豆刨冰,味道不過不失,紅豆都算多,不過奶略嫌少左d,飲兩啖就得返舊冰。性價比就差少少。總括來說,有待改善嘅餐廳,創意十足,但用料未跟得上,希望往後會有進步。

今日叫左個蛋包飯配泰式炭燒豬頸肉,個蛋包飯黎到都做得幾標緻,賣相就認真唔錯,漲卜卜咁。蛋包飯味道有d咸,加返個茄汁中和下,岩岩好,可惜個蛋煮得熟過頭,無晒蛋汁。至於個豬頸肉呢,味就無乜,肉質都有d差,比較難咬,比較有牙力嘅朋友可以試下,本人就對佢有少少失望。

之後叫左個紅豆刨冰,味道不過不失,紅豆都算多,不過奶略嫌少左d,飲兩啖就得返舊冰。性價比就差少少。

總括來說,有待改善嘅餐廳,創意十足,但用料未跟得上,希望往後會有進步。
