今天同朋友去了六本木食晚飯, 如以日式茶坊黎講, 裝修上雖比較前衛但沒有和式的風味. 朋友食既唔講, 講自己食果d. 自己試了一個人氣六本木叉燒拉面, 炸蝦餅同埋三文魚大根沙律. 人氣六本木叉燒拉面--- 選了醬油湯底, 結果過鹹了. 叉燒既肥瘦比例算ok, 唔會太瘦. 鳴門卷唔彈牙...炸蝦餅--- 賣相不錯, 而且口感上都ok, 但冇乜蝦味, 唔似食緊蝦餅, 同埋伴碟既美乃之醬太少了...一件都點哂啦....三文魚大根沙律--- 食落似食緊韓國既沙律咁, 個三文魚同大根沙律唔係好夾...分開食仲好過夾埋一起食....
