噚晚試左呢間喺旺角新開嘅拉麵店(味の時計台)本店係開喺北海道札幌,我點左個特濃蝦鹽拉麵,湯底蝦味幾濃厚,但比較油,而麵條係用曲身麵,麵質比較粉口唔算爽滑,而叉燒亦偏肥同薄,溏心蛋半隻但浸左落湯已經無乜蛋黃,個人覺得碗麵湯同麵都ok嘅,但最大問題係竟然會有幾條麵黐埋一齊未煮開,呢個簡直係低級錯誤,啱啱新開都攪到咁又點比信心客人繼續去食呢!至於服務又點呢?原本我一個人入去唸住坐bar枱,但店員就叫我坐table枱,但張枱又未抹好喎(枱面係有啲水同油漬)咁佢又叫番我坐bar枱啦~轉頭又話不如你坐喺table枱等一陣我盡快幫你抹番張枱,但坐到我落完單碗麵上枱都未抹枱!枱面仍然有水同油漬,咁嘅所謂服務仲要收加一服務費,真係成個飲食業比你哋攪彎晒,無心做就唔好做啦,點解香港飲食業咁差咪多得你呢班無心嘅人囉,日日喺度呃飯食,又唔係忙都可以煮到碗拉麵咁,真係影衰晒香港啲拉麵店。
