To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外賣自取，早上11點之前已落order，我雖然準時11:45到達，但要等多過半個鐘的時間，加上在我溫馨提示下，才能拿取外賣。職員是有禮貌的，不斷說不好意思，但她解釋早餐也未能完成order，午餐真的未能及時完成。我見堂食的客人也等了太久，有些也要取消order。我見接單職員在電話中講外賣至少要等半個鐘以上，生意太好，但是可能廚房有人病假。雖然急速回家，但是海南雞飯的飯也只是微暖，乾炒牛河是熱的，但只得寥寥可數的牛肉。凍檸茶雖然註明要少冰，可惜也沒有少冰。如果OpenRice介面，如果也有顯示外賣等候時間是需要超過半個鐘以上，那就能讓客人有時間上的預算。
