To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從前在駱克道上班, 經常叫雲桂香米線外賣今天突然回憶起, 所以就在這裡晚餐吧大概六點半, 店內坐了八成食客我們剛好在張四人卡位, 已是位於店中間了, 我們舉手示意落單,但店員也好像看不到我們一樣, 與我們擦身而過走到後面幫另一台食客落單也許該食客是先向店員示意, 但看到我們舉手也可以叫我們等一等吧？結果我們跟另一位店員落單等了大概十分鐘, 米線來了腩肉豬軟骨小鍋米線 (大麻辣, 走韮芽)米線份量多, 湯底味道依舊麻香, 但不夠辣, 感覺像中小辣似的腩肉不肥, 很入味, 帶甜又爽口豬軟骨肉較鞋, 但軟骨非常腍而且起沙雖然還未令我對此店失去信心但味道, 員工禮貌及人手方面的確有待改善

米線份量多, 湯底味道依舊麻香, 但不夠辣, 感覺像中小辣似的
