尖沙咀嘅KTV火鍋餐廳設有vip 房可以唱K,房外都見到有唱k嘅設備,岩哂想一邊打邊爐一邊唱K嘅人。就算唔唱都感受到其他人熱鬧嘅氣氛。海南椰子文昌雞鍋湯底本身有啲紅棗杞子椰子肉,煲滾後再加入椰子水,再次煲滾後加入雞件一齊煮。文昌雞食落幾滑,肥瘦適中,煮後帶少少椰子水嘅清甜味。食完雞後湯底用黎打邊爐,清清地又唔會太濃味,可以食到食材嘅原味。香茜鮮蝦餃蝦好彈牙,芫茜亦都好新鮮好爽口,餃子皮厚薄均勻,整體幾好食。本地牛頸背牛肉色澤幾靚,店員話煮6-8秒就可以食,食落又嫩又有牛味,湯底又唔會搶到牛嘅味道。花枝片薄薄嘅花枝片食落彈牙,唔洗煮太耐鴨血切得幾厚嘅鴨血,彈牙又有咬口鳥冬加埋落個椰子湯到一齊煮,索哂椰子嘅清甜
