To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有心做好嘅鋪頭

好少寫食評，今次專登要寫一寫。鋪頭位處旺地又喺街頭，講真今時今日基本上啲嘢唔洗好食都自然會有客，所以點解我會話呢間嘢有善念，肯做好！諗唔到食咩，見外賣自取$42仲包嘢飲，加埋BXXpay 再減$8，本身諗住$34將就一下又一餐。揀嘢飲見到有自制菊花茶，又咁好嘅，下一下火。行到鋪面，見個排場都無咩期望。番到公司，打開個盒，嘩，PP盒而唔係發泡膠。利申唔係環保能人，但果吓我覺得究竟有咩驅使一間咁嘅鋪頭唔用發泡膠，係愛定係責任？明明根本係喺商業角度嚟講完全唔合理嘅事，因為慳得一蚊就賺多一蚊嚟交租。忽然覺得自己雖然係一隻社畜，但只要做好一啲啲小事，件事就係好事。講番嘢食啦。葱油雞扒午餐肉煎蛋飯，葱油香，雞扒有兩塊，蛋焗咗20分鐘都做到半熟，午餐肉就薄咗啲柴咗啲。菊花茶飲得出人情味，咁無得同深水埗比啦。$42。PS.本人唔係環保能人，唔好問我最後點處理個PP盒，或者點解要叫外盒唔自備。呢篇係讚揚善念嘅食評。好嘅嘢就要讚。
