To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工出去深水埗買嘢，心血來潮想食車仔麵，行過呢間聚來車仔麵，選擇都幾多所以就入去試下 🤤 估唔到又真係幾好食，然後發現呢間車仔麵舖仲有好多驚喜 😍 豬頸肉、蘿蔔、手打魚肉·蕃薯粉豬骨雞湯底·加滷水汁首先試左個湯底，豬骨雞湯嘅清甜，加上滷水汁嘅鹹味剛剛好，飲落口好舒服 👍🏻 豬頸肉就好香口，同埋口感幾彈牙；手打魚肉都係好彈牙，鯪魚味好出，又唔會好鹹；最正係個蘿蔔，夠淋夠甜 😍 又唔會有咋，三個餸份量都好多，超滿足 🤤 記得一定要落佢哋嘅秘製辣醬，一打開個蓋，勁香蒜蓉味 😍 鹹鹹辣辣又唔會好嗆口，加落個湯底度即刻惹味咗好多 👍🏻 然後加多個腩汁生菜，好滿足 😌除左個秘製辣醬好令人有驚喜之外，原來佢嘅煎餃一樣都咁出色，當見到好多人都有叫煎餃，下次我都一定要試吓 😍 然後仲比我見到佢有個爆漿多士系列，都好吸引呀 🤩 我仲發現佢有個招牌鮮炸肉丸 🤤 應該要 encore 好多次先可以試曬 🙈

豬骨雞湯底·加滷水汁
首先試左個湯底，豬骨雞湯嘅清甜，加上滷水汁嘅鹹味剛剛好，飲落口好舒服 👍🏻 豬頸肉就好香口，同埋口感幾彈牙；手打魚肉都係好彈牙，鯪魚味好出，又唔會好鹹；最正係個蘿蔔，夠淋夠甜 😍 又唔會有咋，三個餸份量都好多，超滿足 🤤 記得一定要落佢哋嘅秘製辣醬，一打開個蓋，勁香蒜蓉味 😍 鹹鹹辣辣又唔會好嗆口，加落個湯底度即刻惹味咗好多 👍🏻 然後加多個腩汁生菜，好滿足 😌
