這間法國餐廳擺設好靚，十分有情調，一入嚟已被優雅古典的氣氛吸引。😍🌟Cuttlefish noodles墨魚切成麵條，賣相吸引，質感爽彈，配上喇沙醬汁及三文魚籽和蝦乾，鮮味十足！作為開胃前菜好合適，胃口大開。🌟The “tartare”牛肉他他以牛骨髓作承載器皿，上面是鹿兒島a4和牛以及鵪鶉蛋，還加上魚子醬作點綴，麻辣醬是靈魂配搭，為整道菜提味，想不到中西合璧也不錯。配上餐廳自家製的亞麻籽脆片，少少鹹香更有層次。🌟Silver pomfret香煎魚肉配上蜆肉，魚肉質地有彈牙嫩滑，又係鮮味十足的一道菜。特意配上蒜蓉豆豉醬，中西fusion有驚喜。🌟French quail一道菜入邊包含炸鵪鶉髀和慢煮鵪鶉胸。鵪鶉胸嫩滑，以花雕慢煮浸泡而成，帶有少許酒香。而鵪鶉髀香脆，配上紅棗泥都好好食✨Dessert du jour今日甜品是朱古力慕絲，配以熱情果雪葩及戚風蛋糕。朱古力慕絲軟滑香濃，最鍾意熱情果雪葩超級濃❤️
