適逢520呢個日子,老公知我鍾意食pizza就話帶我去一間係中環有情調既意大利餐廳~放左工就跟住老公去呢間餐廳啦~估唔到地點唔係鬧市,而係蘇豪酒店對面~平時我好少過黎呢邊~原來有好多餐廳都bar架喎~好彩老公熟路,係上環地鐵站行過黎都好快到~一入到餐廳果然係好有情調丫!燈光昏暗感覺relax~睇下個menu,就揀左個pizza同pasta再加杯飲品~~Uncle Kong-Giant Monster(8 inch)呢度既pizza全部都用uncle為首命名~menu有寫明每位uncle既材料有d乜~我地就揀左Uncle Kong~又名Giant Monster~材料有辣肉腸、Meat sauce、芝士、蘑菇同洋蔥,因為驚uncle太大份所以叫左個8吋~另外有12吋既size選擇~Uncle Kong個樣係吸引既!見佢鋪滿芝士同辣肉腸既外表都知佢一定好美味~果然一咬落去不負眾望~係熱辣辣好香濃蕃茄味同芝士味既味道~夾埋咸香既辣肉腸~呢個選擇真係冇錯!而pizza底係手造pizza底~唔係出面食到既硬掘掘口感pizza,而係有質感,個底脆而中間煙韌既感覺~食完我地兩個都後悔點解唔叫12吋!

之後意粉都上檯~一黎到完全係被面頭既3隻帶子吸引住!廚師煎得金黃色,面頭望落去已經知一定係脆脆的~忍唔住即刻試一粒~切開真係好驚喜~面頭煎得香脆但內裡熟成程度岩岩好,唔係全熟既帶子,保留左帶子軟嫩既口感,呢個真係少d功夫都難掌握!而成碟意粉亦被龍蝦汁滿滿咁包圍,每一口都會食到龍蝦汁,味道濃郁,意粉條條分明唔會痴埋一舊舊~份量亦足夠,唔會太多令人感覺飽滯。

老公跟得我多開始成日搜羅d正既餐廳~今次我都有讚佢叻丫~呢間餐廳食物好味而且環境氣氛真係一流~要追女仔或者慶祝節日真係岩哂~
