一般人以為中環食飯一定係貴,但其實花多啲啲心機去索羅,都會找到價錢相宜,食物不錯之餘,環境都好正的餐廳。今晚,我找到了“屋喔” :-)內裡都幾有格調,食飯 快樂事光都不錯。見喉嚨有點唔舒服,叫杯熱飲潤一潤。呢杯啱曬,係夠薑味,雪梨又潤喉。有一浸好濃郁的湯味,奶白色的湯,望上去都贏左一部分,而且有好多娃娃菜,索曬啲湯,好飲!凍雞翼好適合做前菜,只可惜得一只大少了。最簡單的東西,往往最難煮得好食。卡邦尼意粉可算是其一。還好呢個都無令我失望。意粉軟硬度適中,意粉都有足夠的蛋味,個汁亦煮得夠濃厚creamy。餐廳已經好窩心地去曬骨頭,食落啖啖肉。雞煮得夠乾身,一啲都唔油膩。美中不足的係個白飯唔多夠熱。筆者最愛甜品之一。窩夫整得好,外脆內軟,淋上新鮮蜜甜,一大享受!仲有多款雪糕比你選擇。一間好的餐廳,細微位都會做到足,個甜品spoon 都印左餐廳logo 。呢個份量剛好,唔會太飽,但又會令到餐飯好完滿。台灣菜雖非筆者最愛,但今晚综合環境食物價錢呢三個因素後,“屋喔”都是一間值得去的餐廳。
