嚟到蘭桂坊附近食lunch,餐廳裝修以紅色為主調,幾有氣氛,透明鋼琴加紅色玫瑰係呢間餐廳好signature嘅打卡位~揀咗3個course嘅午餐,一鹹一甜嘅麵包,軟熟微熱,配上自家製黑松露牛油~ 餐湯揀咗龍蝦湯同甘筍湯,兩者都幾creamy,濃稠度剛好~ 🔘焦糖法國鵝肝撻一入口先食到味道甜甜嘅焦糖薄脆,蛋撻有蛋香滑嫩,鵝肝嘅味道唔算太強烈但會慢慢地滲出嚟~ 🔘藍鯨吞拿魚他他吞拿魚肉質細緻,帶有微微油脂感~🔘紐西蘭法式羊仔架經過熟成嘅羊架粉嫩多汁,風味濃郁,充滿羊肉香氣,鍾意佢帶少少肥膏,配搭南瓜泥~🔘法式低溫慢煮東星石斑低溫慢煮保持魚肉鮮嫩,魚皮煎至香口薄脆,配搭紫薯泥,兩個主菜味道都唔錯~ 最後叫咗一杯White Sangria,易入口唔會醉,吧枱位其實好靚,啱晒打卡~
