第一道上台就係蟹湯配餐包。餐包搽埋個牛油食就好香口,點蟹湯食就有另一個味道。個蟹湯好濃蟹味,上面有少少蟹肉,飲落蟹味更濃。推介!海鮮燴飯份量唔算少,帶子外面煎到金黃入面唔會乾,重有好香嘅帶子味。個蝦就剪咗d腳,用刀叉去剝殻都好易,兩隻都大大隻。個意大利飯加埋蕃茄去煮,酸酸地幾開胃。油鴨脾個皮好脆,輕輕用刀壓一壓都聽到有聲。本身諗住個皮好似乳豬咁,有d嘢咬下,點知入口即溶。點埋個焦糖蘋果汁食,會冇咁滯,間唔中食下d蘋果同提子乾可以清一清個口d油膩感。值得一試。

油鴨脾個皮好脆,輕輕用刀壓一壓都聽到有聲。本身諗住個皮好似乳豬咁,有d嘢咬下,點知入口即溶。點埋個焦糖蘋果汁食,會冇咁滯,間唔中食下d蘋果同提子乾可以清一清個口d油膩感。值得一試。
