To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到荃灣探朋友順便一齊食晚飯去到呢間地舖嘅式餐廳 有驚喜喎地方細細但係嘢食都有驚喜有傳統嘅湯檬仲有啲特別嘅小食同飲品我今日第一次呢就試咗去個蟹膏湯河粉蟹膏份量好多 可粉新鮮湯底好甜美濃郁 最緊要價錢唔係好貴五十零蚊到就可以 朋友就嗌咗個越式法包做法都好特別瞓喇好多 餡料豐富有紮肉 肝醬等等 小食我哋嗌咗個 米紙蝦卷 敷埋佢哋個特色沙嗲醬真係好假 飲品方面都好有驚喜 嗌咗一個牛油果奶昔都真係第一次飲 感覺好清新 牛油果好香又唔會太 滯 朋友就嗌咗一個凍奶茶 感覺口感都好特別好有越南風味整體嚟講服務 好好嘢食 平民貼地但係都好出色 下次可以再過嚟食下其他菜式
