To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢餐叫左兩個三餸車仔麵同一個小食炸春卷😋湯底🍲一碗加左微辣辣汁同咖哩汁，比較重口味，反而另一碗淨係加左小辣嘅辣汁，配清甜嘅湯底就啱啱好😋餸方面，何車水魷最有驚喜（因為後上冇影到相）甜豉油汁平衡到碗麵嘅辣同鹹，另外雲吞同水餃皮薄多餡，蘿蔔清甜冇渣、雞翼入味唔鞋，全部都中上水準，唔會有hea嘅餸！唯一就係魚腐相對失色，軟身d 冇咩口感。麵底亦值得一讚，粗麵同油麵都軟硬適中又掛到湯🍜👍🏻環境方面，當日係平日夜晚7點左右到訪，座位唔算多，兩個人要搭枱，但都唔算太逼🆗總結：湯底 麵 餸 小食都好好味， 期待下次再試其他野💛
