To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 門面望落很有特式,一直好想試,今日見唔駛排好耐,於是入去試下。可能坐左近出菜位,感覺唔夠冷氣,有點熱。食物款式不像一般茶樓咁多選擇,但望落款款都好精緻。點了兩個蒸飯,臘腸蒸雞飯和章魚肉餅飯,臘腸蒸雞飯尤其出色,可能有臘腸關係,入口每啖充滿油脂香,雞肉好滑夠味,小朋友食不停口;肉鬆馬拉糕香甜鬆軟,配以肉鬆咸香,兩者味道配搭有新意得來好夾;咸水角做成混色的小丸子,未入口已悅人眼目,食落外層香脆內層軟糯,而且饀料豐富,有驚喜! 炸豆腐香口唔油,底層有類似食四川酸辣粉常見的炸黃豆,整體味道不錯;口水腸粉有口水雞的辣勁,腸粉本身同內饀味道偏淡;至於蝦餃、燒賣、叉燒包水準ok,但以這個價格來說有點貴。
