To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午的時間，我和家人在觀塘逛街，經過這餐廳，來到餐廳門外看到餐牌上食物的賣相非常吸引，選擇很多，價錢挺合理，便決定入去試一試，進入店鋪後，看見店內環境非常寬敞和清潔衛生，座位非常多，給我一種很舒服的感覺芥蘭炒牛肉($45)新鮮鮮甜的芥蘭爽口微彈,香稔軟嫩的牛肉，芥蘭和牛肉的份量足夠多招牌話梅骨($80)用話梅製成的芡，酸上帶點甜，話梅骨非常香稔軟嫩和鬆綿，這樣配撘令人非常開胃檸蜜疏打，味道酸中帶點甜，非常解渴，適合這炎炎的夏日飲用整體來說，食物的選擇非常多，食物的質素非常高，食物的份量非常多，價錢相對十分合理，店員有良好的服務態度和有禮貌，亦會介紹店內他推介的食物，給我非常貼心的感覺，每張枱都會提供紙巾給客人使用，亦有免費的wifi給客人使用，非常細心，所以我認為這間餐廳值得再去惠顧
