早幾日去咗大埔一間新開食上海小菜館 - 逸東小館,呢間本身呢間有以餃子🥟同的小店,老闆開咗呢間主打上海小菜。晚餐都有不少選擇,有客飯、湯麵餐,我就點咗客飯,包小食一款同自己家製花茶配菜飯,我揀咗韭黃芽菜炒鱔糊 + 鮑汁豆腐+ 菜飯 ,再加了招牌南乳炸雞翼。好耐冇食過韭黃芽菜炒鱔糊,味道唔錯,有點像以前媽媽煮的家鄉味道,雖然鱔肉不多但整得幾好,同埋蠔油汁用嚟撈菜飯真係好夾。鮑汁豆腐好入味,豆腐嫩滑。南乳炸雞翼有驚喜,好香南乳味道,又唔會好咸,好好味。
