To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Express (太古)••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••✄( •8• )✄( •8• )✄( •8• )✄( •8• )♥️餐點：•文華海南雞飯 $112•招牌雞肉喇沙 $122•椰子冰茶+$16•錫蘭奶茶 $0（跟餐）••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••♥️食評：呢間餐廳雖然係快餐形式，但質素都幾唔錯😁👍🏻推介喺附近返工嘅人試吓。新加坡菜又點少得海南雞飯同喇沙，各叫咗一款試吓，海南雞飯賣相唔錯，每舊雞都啖啖肉，雞皮夠彈牙，附有三款醬，每款都幾有心機整，特別係薑蓉，好香，令雞肉味道昇華。個油飯都唔錯，唔油但有調味，粒粒分明亦唔乾，再配一個湯，果然係其中一款招牌。☺️喇沙都幾唔錯，湯底好濃，配有魚片、蛋、芽菜，個湯底即使咁濃都食得出雞肉嘅肉味，麵底則使用米線，幾有趣🤣最令我驚喜嘅係杯特飲🤣🤣椰子冰茶，本來以為係純茶嘅，原來係椰子味嘅奶茶再配椰子奶蓋，🥺🥺個椰子奶蓋好濃，份量都好多，而且無叫少糖都唔會太甜，好啱我嘅口味！至於跟餐嘅錫蘭奶茶都幾順滑，唔飲奶茶仲可以揀鮮磨咖啡/有機茶/罐裝汽水，加錢都有其他特飲～！唔夠就仲有唔

呢間餐廳雖然係快餐形式，但質素都幾唔錯😁👍🏻推介喺附近返工嘅人試吓。
