To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開完會已7點幾,老公亦在附近,不如嚟試試開了幾個月的駟馬拖車,反正亦好耐無食潮州菜。店舖門口不算大,但原來店舖頗深,最入是一些可放幾張檯的房。它的裝修簡約,不太傳統,但亦不算時尚。(註:圖片是食完,幾檯客走了才拍攝。)它提供的菜式是傳統潮菜,選擇多。惟一奇怪的是以前的潮州菜館喜歡先奉上工夫茶,它沒有這個安排。對我而言,因不是特別喜歡工夫茶,冇乜所謂。前菜是花生貢菜,味道唔錯,花生香脆,貢菜爽口。其實它本來鋪滿花生的,因我太肚餓而急速食了超過一半,才記得影相。😝椒鹽九肚魚($72)雖然份量不多,只有兩條。但師傅炸魚時間掌握得很好,外面香脆,魚肉仍保持滑溜。魚面層還加有炸蒜,香口得嚟食到魚香,好味。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻蠔皇北菇鵝掌菜膽煲($208)上枱已見大大隻的北菇,很厚身,咬到啖啖蠔油香菇味。😋😋😋 鵝掌不單止大隻,炆得很腍和入味,喜歡食雞腳丶鴨掌的朋友一定很有滿足感。西蘭花亦煮得啱啱好,帶有一點爽脆。這個菜有三種不同口感,味道香濃惹味,水準之作。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻潮州蠔仔粥是最後上檯,分碗($48)同鍋($98)2款,我們叫了一鍋,是四人份量,可惜忘記影相。這個粥有很多蠔仔,超過30多隻,加埋肉碎

潮州蠔仔粥是最後上檯,分碗($48)同鍋($98)2款,我們叫了一鍋,是四人份量,可惜忘記影相。這個粥有很多蠔仔,超過30多隻,加埋肉碎,十分之鮮甜,我們2個人差唔多食晒成鍋粥。😍😍😍


總結而言,駟馬拉車提供有水準的潮州菜,員工亦友善,值得支持。
