To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左親戚行街，諗住快食lunch後去血拼，見到呢間素食店d午餐幾特別，所以入去試吓。我叫左個藥膳薑湯牛肉麵，湯底夠味，有濃郁藥膳薑味。我本身鍾意麵條口感有彈性，佢地個麵都做到。親戚就叫左漢堡，個炸蕃薯條都好味甜甜地幾特別。另一位親戚叫了吉列豬扒飯，個咖喱汁好好味，豬扒都炸得好好（唔記得影相）。埋單時見到無蛋奶素曲奇，買左一盒試吓，出奇地脆口👍🏻因為平時係其他地方試過無蛋奶素蛋糕曲奇個口感好淋芝芝，仲要唔平🫠。反而今日食到脆口嘅，有驚喜喎！
