忙碌咗一個禮拜,又到weekend食好野時間喇!前幾日聽朋友介紹有間新西餐廳係銅鑼灣,所以朝早一做完gym就嗱嗱淋同埋男友去試喇!坐低之後,侍應就比menu我地,話是日餐湯有洋蔥湯同野菌湯,我一聽到野菌湯諗都唔駛諗就揀咗,男友就揀洋蔥湯。之後到揀appetizer,平時d餐廳通常都係3揀1或者2揀1,我仲心思思諗緊揀邊樣,點知原來係starter platter,即係前菜拼盤,有湯之餘仲有沙律同我最鍾意既scallop carpaccio!main course呢,我好快就揀咗char-grilled ribeye steak,要5成熟。正當男友15/16唔知揀邊樣之際,侍應哥哥話仲有兩個hidden dish,其中一個就係燒春雞,男友聽到二話不說就揀咗呢個嚕!餐廳環境唔錯,單邊有大窗對住馬場,有景又夠哂光猛。話咁快就送上bread basket同前菜拼盤喇!非常欣賞粒粒牛油設計,夠哂細心,細細粒方便搽麵包,唔會好似其他西餐廳咁,D牛油仲係凍冰冰硬掘掘咁。其實真係好少西餐廳晏晝會有帶子carpaccio食架,呢度仲有6片咁多,真係好抵食,仲好好食添呀!當然野菌湯同pear walnut

其實真係好少西餐廳晏晝會有帶子carpaccio食架,呢度仲有6片咁多,真係好抵食,仲好好食添呀!當然野菌湯同pear walnut rocket salad都好好味喇!3樣前菜分量剛剛好,最開心就係可以一次過食哂3樣,啱哂咁貪食既我呀!

之後男友點既燒春雞就到嘞!半隻黎講都算幾大隻喎,D皮仲好脆同有D蜜糖既香甜,非常好食呀!

到我既肉眼扒...一上枱就聞到好香既炭燒味喇!食落口都係一樣!平時係其他西餐廳點既char-grilled steak都唔夠grill味,但係呢碟就真係好正!不過美中不足既地方係比起我叫既5成熟熟咗少少,希望下次再試呢方面可以做好D喇


另外,原來加$28又有個dessert platter喎!有rich chocolate cake with vanilla ice-cream同mango & passion fruit pavlova,鍾意食甜品既我又點會唔試呢....

成日都聽pavlova,不過食就好少食,同埋一般西餐廳都好少有呢款甜品,通常都係tiramisu或者molten cake咁!呢個pavlova就外面鬆脆,內裡軟滑,味道又唔會太甜,就咁食都已經好好味,加埋芒果片同熱情果醬既酸酸甜甜,夠哂清新~

等咗一陣之後上埋呢個rich chocolate cake,男友比較鍾意食呢個,一來佢係super chocolate lover,二來呢個cake真係好香濃同鬆軟,真係等耐少少都值得呀!Highly recommend大家食呢個set lunch加埋個dessert platter,又好味又抵食!今次朋友仔無介紹錯呀!遲D一定會再黎食呀!希望到時又會有其他新菜式同甜品試喇!
