忙碌咗一個禮拜,又到weekend食好野時間喇!前幾日聽朋友介紹有間新西餐廳係銅鑼灣,所以朝早一做完gym就嗱嗱淋同埋男友去試喇!坐低之後,侍應就比menu我地,話是日餐湯有洋蔥湯同野菌湯,我一聽到野菌湯諗都唔駛諗就揀咗,男友就揀洋蔥湯。之後到揀appetizer,平時d餐廳通常都係3揀1或者2揀1,我仲心思思諗緊揀邊樣,點知原來係starter platter,即係前菜拼盤,有湯之餘仲有沙律同我最鍾意既scallop carpaccio!main course呢,我好快就揀咗char-grilled ribeye steak,要5成熟。正當男友15/16唔知揀邊樣之際,侍應哥哥話仲有兩個hidden dish,其中一個就係燒春雞,男友聽到二話不說就揀咗呢個嚕!餐廳環境唔錯,單邊有大窗對住馬場,有景又夠哂光猛。話咁快就送上bread basket同前菜拼盤喇!非常欣賞粒粒牛油設計,夠哂細心,細細粒方便搽麵包,唔會好似其他西餐廳咁,D牛油仲係凍冰冰硬掘掘咁。其實真係好少西餐廳晏晝會有帶子carpaccio食架,呢度仲有6片咁多,真係好抵食,仲好好食添呀!當然野菌湯同pear walnut
