To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳改名為薈景後, 一直都未有機會來試過, 沒想到質素比以前好太多.雖然種類不太多, 但每樣的味道都十分有水準先講環境 – 幸好BOOKING 時, 講明要WINDOWN SEAT,可以看到維港境色.食物:1) 有即開生蠔 (有兩款選擇 澳洲, 法國)由於是專人即開, 可以保持新鮮. 法國比較淡味, 而我就比較鐘意澳州, 味道較為濃味及鮮味.2) 不可不提- 粉果, 皮薄煙韌,內裡的餡份量十足, 是以前小時候的味道3) 長腳蟹 –尚算新鮮, 不過肉質不夠鮮甜, SIZE有點細, 可能現在不是食蟹季節4) 朱古力梳乎厘 – 十分驚喜, 選用了黑朱古力, 味道沒有太苦 ,甜味剛好. 梳乎厘好柔軟服務 – 超好, 侍應態度很好, 有禮貌. 收碟速度很快
