To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有次去花墟經過，覺得餓餓地就同朋友試下呢間餃子店。估唔到都幾有驚喜！韭菜鮮肉餃皮薄餡靚夠多汁，檯面配既辣椒醬恰到好處。試了幾口朋友的炸醬麵，麵身煙韌，醬料量平衡。雖然有少少偏咸，但接受到既👌🏻再嚟係擔擔麵，自己最怕係嗰啲溝咗湯既花生醬擔擔麵。呢度既雖然就係偏香濃但冇太漏既感覺。估唔到竟然係是日MVP。✨✨檯面都比想像乾淨，可能唔係peak hour，空間好夠，食得都幾舒服。整體感覺良好價錢亦很合理會再嚟試下其他嘢食🙂
