To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

☀️ 最近天時暑熱，搞到小編冇乜胃口 🥵，但又唔可以唔食晚餐，所以食啲有湯有水嘅嘢，諗住容易入口啲，最後去咗何車車仔麵嘅大南街分店。 ［ 亂闖試食 ］🍜 細何五餸麵 😋😋😋😋😋五餸包括︰豬皮、豬紅、蘿蔔、雞翼同陳皮魚蛋，因為本身小編唔食豬紅，落單嘅時間備註走豬紅，得返四個餸，揀配米粉，要兩溝汁(鹵水汁&腩汁)，加蔥同蒜。 依碗車仔麵內有幾片豬皮、幾舊蘿蔔、一隻雞翼同幾粒陳皮魚蛋，份量都好充足！👌🏻 最深印象係蘿蔔幾清甜，夠腍身；陳皮魚蛋夠香，食落有咬口，其他都唔錯！小編最後飲晒啲湯，叫咗兩溝汁都唔會好咸，飲完都唔會口渴。😉晚餐 💵 約港幣$50/人 💁🏻‍♀️ 分店地方比較大，可以容納到多啲食客。不過冷氣唔多夠，炎炎夏日坐近門口就有啲熱喇！🙆🏻‍♀️ 最後，喜歡嘅話，歡迎follow @foodirectory.hk ！
