To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角次男之前都食過好多次,但耐無食又想去食,貪佢重口味 d and 最重要有我喜歡嘅牛舌 因為時間關係,一坐底基本上已經可以落單(唔知幾時改咗自己係電話落單,對上果次仲係入坐之前叫 )同太太一人一份,太太叫果碗咩都有 d,貪佢可以一次過試返 d 口味,我就當然係為咗牛舌啦~ 不過係我太耐無食? 我就覺得同之前差咗少少,好似我碗牛舌丼咁,牛舌唔夠熱,飯又有 d 硬,但我太太果碗嘅肉係夠熱嘅,可能只係我果碗嘅問題?加配方面,我地加咗一份炸花枝,一份炸「蟹肉餅」(唔記得咗個本名 )都係一般般。 所以整體都係覺得差咗
