洲際酒店「港畔餐廳」一向係buffet界享負盛名,除左價錢出名貴,全落地海景、甜品種類多都係賣點。晚市buffet6點開始,建議準時到,可以食住睇埋個日落,加上食到10點,可以慢慢食足4個鐘,時間好充裕。個場好大,但枱都多,還好樓底好高,有空間感之餘,人聲都可以分散d。食物位一字排開,由右邊數起係冷盤、壽司刺身、熱葷、甜品,順住次序排列,一目了然,不過熱葷果邊同座位距離好近,人多攞嘢食果陣就會好逼。坐低可以先㨂杯welcome drink,有cocktail同mocktail㨂,顏色靚,又幾好飲。而家就逐個column概括講講,先係冷盤,有蟹鉗、開邊龍蝦、蝦、蟹腳等等,我一向都麻麻地凍海鮮,但蟹腳真係食得過,好鮮甜。壽司款式雖然多,但質素只係一般,刺身有四款,我只食左甜蝦,都算甜。熱葷有天婦羅、羊架、雞翼、魚、薄餅、辣酒花螺、湯、炒海鮮、蒸鮑魚等等,選擇唔算多,冇咩有特別深刻印象,live station就有燒牛肉、鵝肝、北京填鴨、鹿兒島和牛,最好食係鵝肝,夠肥厚,又有蘋果片同多士中和油膩,反而最期待同最多人排的和牛有點失望,超級油膩,食一塊已經唔想食。如果係甜品控,呢度一定啱你,甜品

如果係甜品控,呢度一定啱你,甜品款式好多,琳琅滿目,賣相都靚,除左cake,仲有芒果糯米飯、雪糕、豆腐花、心太軟、朱古力噴泉、馬卡龍等等,數都數唔晒。甜品雖然唔係我最重視,但都忍唔住拎左幾件,最出名的拿破崙都幾鬆脆,朱古力類甜品都好食,唔會太甜,芒果糯米飯椰汁香濃,只係芒果好酸。
呢度晚市正價要$928,差不多貴絕全港,不過佢不時會做特價,好似我早前去做緊65折,呢個價錢就值得一試嘅,正價就唔捨得喇。如果想去的話,就不時留意下有冇做promotion了。
