To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日三人行去megabox行街shopping食飯,行到7:00幾拿拿林去搵野食,因為唔想太晏要等餐死,好啦,就揀越南野啦!一到店唔洗等,店內好多機械人擺設,即時多左少少童年回憶。咖哩黃金軟殼蟹,咖哩汁另上好聰明吖,唔會浸到d蟹林哂,趁熱食,出奇地脆,炸得剛好,配埋個咖哩汁,唔錯唔錯。炸春卷,明明4條春卷,點解得3塊生菜? 哈哈!個春卷熱辣辣,包生菜加埋甜酸汁好味到冇朋友,炸野記得趁熱食係重點嚕 (笑)點解我話有改善呢,就係呢碗生牛肉湯河啦!之前食過佢湯唔夠熱,生牛肉上檯已經熟哂,今次湯夠熱,牛肉仲係粉紅色的,由於可以自己控制牛肉要幾熟,今次牛肉好林好多汁,讚啊!我地一人一碗唔洗爭 XDD最後有蒜蓉牛油雞翼,炸野真係要趁熱食先夠熱氣吖嘛 (爆),呢個雞翼炸粉太厚,不過牛油味同蒜香配合等剛好,肉嫩加上肉汁,同埋醃得夠哂入味,整體除炸粉厚之外都算好食啊!
