日式嘅餸同麵底用中式嘅形式上,而湯底就係中日合壁,幾得意又幾好食😋今次叫左日式豚肉、關東煮蘿蔔、清酒煮蜆,湯底係原身湯底加腩汁,原身湯就似關東煮嘅湯底。麵底叫左葛絲,似粗身嘅韓式粉絲,幾入味。日式豚肉有兩大塊仲要唔薄,似日式叉燒,蘿蔔夠入味,有4-5舊,清酒煮蜆夠新鮮唔係普通嘅冇味蜆,都有8隻左右總括黎講都推介!餸夠多,葛絲份量for女仔就夠,大食男仔可能就唔夠。上次叫左野菜豆腐魚餅,皮脆內軟,都幾好食
