To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有新面貌的元氣壽司

今天午飯， 到了紅磡附近的一間元氣壽司用膳。 因為時間尚早店內仍不太多人。這個是刺身定食( $88 )。 套餐包軟殼蟹壽司玉子壽司甜蝦三文魚， 三文魚及帶子刺身，還有一碗烏冬。 但套餐不包餐飲， 但店內有很多喝的綠茶， 是自助任添的。除了套餐之外還散點了兩款壽司， 分別是玉子壽司， 還有親子灼燒三文魚壽司。我完全是比壽司上的熊人圖案吸引了才點的， 這是以前沒有的， 很新鮮很特別。 而且玉子很大片， 很好吃。 但我看見有些外國人好像接受不了甜的蛋， 都剩下玉子。親子灼燒三文魚也是新的。三文魚灼燒得剛好 是半生熟之間， 而且上面加了魚子， 燒過後的三文魚， 很美味的微燒焦， 很好吃。 大满足
