To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無幫襯,上星期五再去晚飯,坐底無耐侍應姐姐就埋o黎招呼推介,話有個限量供應o既天麻魚頭湯,只賣$98,好抵咁話,卒之聽佢講叫o左一窩。上菜喇,侍應打開個蓋,咦,點解魚頭湯D顏色唔係奶白色o既?睇落似清雞湯多D喎,又聞唔到天麻味,飲落雖然幾甜,但係就唔似魚頭湯,但係侍應姐姐一路撈湯渣一路話:「係天麻魚頭湯嫁喇,無錯嫁喇。」咁話。睇阿姐撈下撈下,撈上O黎O既一大碟野有九成半以上係豬肉、雞腳,搵O黎搵去唔見魚頭,但就見有兩三塊魚鰭,同一細舊好似魚頭骨殘骸o既野。有無攪錯,咁都算係天麻魚頭湯?唉,用D廚房用剩O既頭頭尾尾O黎煲湯,係就係幾環保,不過用O黎賣俾客就真係唔掂。就算賣,極其量算係豬肉湯或者雞腳湯,話係天麻魚頭湯就真係有D離譜。
