To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個二人餐外賣,有土魷蒸肉餅豉汁蒸䱽魚有飯有湯,個餐牌係好吸引嘅。當時堂食客唔多,有一半枱都冇人坐。只見不停有堂食嘅食物送出嚟,可惜我叫個外賣就等咗40分鐘三崔四請先有。都諗過“蒸野係耐啲嘅“。最後用咗十分鐘返到屋企打開個肉餅,竟然淋到膠匙羹都可以壓扁,唔需要咬都會爛晒。似係少少肉撈咗多多粉。等足40分鐘仲要食啲咁嘅粉餅。湯都ok嘅,不過好油。蒸䱽魚係熟嘅,係唯一入到口嘅。真係有時間又唔怕等都唔好食呢間野。無下次!
